New flow rates for Infusets with Hizentra was added to accommodate the CIDP indication for use.
Hizentra (CIDP) was added as a new biologic in the list of biologics.
Hizentra was changed to Hizentra (PI) in the list of biologics.
Warning limits were updated as appropriate according to PI
Flow rates for 5 and 6 needle sets with Hizentra in the USA is now available again for selection based on the update PI.
